Day 01: Labuan Bajo – Denge Village – Waerebo Village

Your journey begins with a hotel pick-up in Labuan Bajo at 06:30 AM. From there, enjoy a scenic 5-hour drive to Denge Village, with several stops along the way for photos and short walks. Upon arrival in Denge, the adventure continues with a 3–4 hour trek through lush forests and hills to reach the remote and iconic Waerebo Village. Nestled high in the mountains, Waerebo is famous for its traditional cone-shaped houses (Mbaru Niang). You will be warmly welcomed by the local community and stay overnight in a traditional house (Mbaru Gendang). Dinner will be served with simple yet authentic local cuisine.


Day 02: Waerebo Village – Spider Web Rice Fields – Ruteng

Start your morning with coffee and breakfast in the traditional house. Enjoy your free time exploring the village, interacting with locals, and capturing beautiful moments. Afterward, trek back down to Denge Village where your driver will be waiting. Continue the journey to Ruteng with a stop at Cara Village to see the unique Spider Web Rice Fields-one of Flores’ most fascinating agricultural landscapes. Upon arrival in Ruteng, enjoy lunch and check in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Ruteng’s traditional market to experience local daily life. Overnight in Ruteng.


Day 03: Ruteng – Rana Mese Lake – Aimere Village – So’a Hot Spring – Bajawa

After breakfast, depart for Bajawa with several interesting stops along the way:

  • Mano Village: short walk in a small forest and enjoy local coffee with villagers
  • Rana Mese Lake: the largest lake in Flores, surrounded by lush greenery
  • Aimere Village: witness the traditional production of local palm liquor “sopi”
  • So’a Hot Spring: relax in a natural hot spring popular among locals

Continue to Bajawa for hotel check-in and overnight stay.


Day 04: Bajawa – Bena Village – Blue Stone Beach – Ende – Moni

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to:

  • Bena Traditional Village, located at the foot of Mount Inerie, showcasing preserved megalithic culture
  • Blue Stone Beach, known for its striking blue-green stones and coastal views

Continue to Ende and visit the Bung Karno Museum, the historic exile house of Indonesia’s first president, Soekarno. Stop at Ndu’a Ria traditional market and visit Wologai Village to learn about the Lio ethnic culture. Proceed to Moni for overnight stay.


Day 05: Moni – Kelimutu Lake – Ende / Maumere

An early start at 04:00 AM takes you to Kelimutu Lake, where you will witness a breathtaking sunrise over the famous three-colored volcanic lakes-one of Indonesia’s most iconic natural wonders. After enjoying the view, return to your hotel for breakfast. Depending on your departure flight:

  • Ende option: transfer directly to Ende Airport
  • Maumere option: continue the journey with stops at:
  • Koka Beach, a beautiful white sandy beach
  • Sikka Village, home to a historic old church

The tour concludes upon arrival at your hotel or airport.
